Since I can remember, the smell of coffee has been a reminder of love, joy and inspiration. When I was little, my Dad would come home from our family roasting plant at Kobrick Coffee Co. and he, and his briefcase, smelled like just roasted coffee. Mornings have a special place in my day as the kitchen air fills with that same aroma. Coffee brewing smells like home to me.
